Where We Ship
We currently ship across Ireland and the European Union. All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
Rates & Free Shipping
- Orders over €60: free standard shipping.
- Orders under €60: standard shipping calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Ireland: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary during sale periods and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Order Issues
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email stephenoreillywork132@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and put it right — replacement or refund if an order is confirmed lost in transit.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can amend orders any time before dispatch.
