30-Day Comfort Guarantee
Every order is covered by our 30-day comfort guarantee. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item — worn, washed and lived-in included. If it isn't the most comfortable bra you own, send it back for a full refund or exchange.
EU Right of Withdrawal
In addition to (and never instead of) our guarantee, EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery, without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at stephenoreillywork132@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with your return instructions and return address.
- Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked service; return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way back.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice. Statutory warranty rights under Irish and EU consumer law apply.
